Investing in Volunteers is the UK quality standard for all organisations which involve volunteers in their work. The Standard enables organisations to comprehensively review their volunteer management, and also publicly demonstrates their commitment to volunteering.

Crew takes great care of the people who volunteer with us. Volunteers receive in depth training, regular support sessions and the chance to tailor their volunteering experience to suit their needs.

Our achievement of this standard is a testament to how well we treat our volunteers. We don't sit on our laurels though... we're always getting feedback from our volunteers to find out how we can make thing even better!
