Please help!
Crew is involved in providing evidence of need for service design around substance use. We also use such information to highlight the role that substance use plays in the social fabric of our country.
To do this we monitor and evaluate much of what we do as well as conduct regular surveys into peoples substance use. Please spend a few minutes (it took me 5 minutes to do) and let us know your thoughts and experiences of substance use. The link below will take you to the ‘Survey monkey' website which we use to collate information.
The individual information you give us will be treated confidentially and we promise to publish the anonymised results online for anyone to see and use. This survey has been adapted from our own annual surveys and the ‘Mixmag' surveys that ran up until a few years ago. We thank them for their assistance.
