Crew is excited to announce two opportunities to join the staff team, we are looking for an Administrative and Facilities officer and Support Services Team leader (maternity cover).

Crew is an award-winning national charity, based in Edinburgh, at the forefront of tackling new and emerging trends in substance use, most recently ‘legal highs' and new psycho-stimulant substances. Crew seeks to reduce harm from drug use and improve public health with the input of service users, working with a wide range of local, national and international partners.

Administrative and Facilities Officer

Responsible to: Crew Service Delivery Manager

Salary Scale: £20,520 (SJC Scale AP3 Point 23)

Working Hours: 35 hours

Responsible for providing administrative support to promote the effective delivery of services and support Crew's organisational management

You will be friendly, welcoming and effective as the first point of contact to clients, external partners and other members of the general public, whether by telephone or face to face. 

You will also monitor and maintain a safe working environment under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager.

Temporary Support Service Team Leader, (Maternity Cover)

Fixed Term Contract for a Minimum of 13 Months, Starting May 2012

Responsible to: Crew Service Delivery Manager

Salary Scale: £27,279 (SJC Scale AP5 Point 32)

Working Hours: 35 hours

Responsible for co-ordinating a highly skilled team offering person-centred counselling and recovery services for people wishing to address their psycho-stimulant drug use.

You will be an accredited BACP/COSCA or equivalent counsellor, or working towards equivalent accreditation. You will be qualified to Post-Graduate or Diploma Level in Counselling or Psychotherapy, and ideally experienced in person-centred therapy.

You will be forward-thinking with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
