Training & Presentations

To build the capacity of organisations to be able to work effectively around substance use issues Crew provides off the peg and bespoke training. This training is well regarded as being up-to-date delivered by practitioners who work in the field and comprises the following areas:

1. Basic drug awareness
2. Attitudes to drug use
3. Problematic drug use
4. Drugs and their effects
5. Current drug trends
6. Recreational drug use
7. Brief Interventions
8. Cocaine/alcohol
9. Psycho-stimulant services

Courses can run for as long or as short a time as organisations desire but we would ask you to consider whether anything meaningful or that a presentation is possible in less than a couple of hours.

Prices operate on a sliding scale but we will consider cases where organisations have little or no training budgets. In such cases we will often arrange reciprocal training to keep costs down for both agencies.

Otherwise prices are as follows:

Prices start from £150 per 10 people for 4 hours training. + Travel expenses

All travel expenses will be paid by the purchaser and normally the fastest form of public transport will be used taking into consideration our efforts to reduce Crews carbon footprint.
